Space Star implements “people-oriented” management concept through “selection, employment, cultivation and reservation” of talents, and created a high-caliber and professional talent team. There are over 2700 employees until now, among which over 1300 are working in Being headquarter and more than 1400 are in other different regions. Doctors and masters account for over 50% now. Besides, the company is also entitled to grant doctor’s and master’s degrees, attracting elites to work and study here.
SSTC has established international business across all continents and regions, except for North America and Oceania, covering overall business of systematic projects related to remote sensing, communication, navigation and UAV. Currently, the company has undertaken R&D and delivery of over 30 international projects of satellite application, including Venezuela Remote-sensing Satellite Ground Application System, and Laos Teleport. Our businesses has been implemented in more than 20 countries. In addition, it has also established normal business cooperation with over 50 countries, and registered 1 joint venture abroad.
Through more than 30-year development, the company has formed a complete business structure led by the State Key Laboratory of Space-Ground Integrated Information Technology, and supported by six business segments including satellite communication, satellite navigation, satellite remote-sensing, weapons and military supplies, UAV, information safety and password. It is committed to providing comprehensive and IT-based integrated solutions as well as system integration, equipment manufacturing and system operation services for national defense, industrial, regional and international users based on space-based resources.
